2. You start earning generous, annuity income from today

For every person you introduce to Help365, you will earn R20 every month, ongoing, as long as that individual remains a paying member of Help365. So let’s look at two examples;

  • Example 1: By showing people your Help365 panic service
    Once you have joined Help365, you will receive your panic facility on your cell phone. If you gather just one person every day (from work, from your church, from your group of friends or a family member) and show then the panic service by simply pressing your panic button, and let’s say Help365 is able to sign all those people up on your behalf, then after one month, you will earn R600. That is calculated as followed; 30 days X 1 new client = 30 clients X R20 = R600 per month, every month for as long as those people stay paying clients of Help365 After six months, at the same rate, you will be earning R3600 per month, every month. Let’s say you became more confident and you introduce this to 3 people every day. After six months, you could be earning R10800 per month And let us remind you, this income stays your income, as long as the individual is a paying client of Help365. And earning R10800 per month annuity income is the equivalent of you owning a house valued at over R1m and earning rent from that property. And there’s another kicker here: you earn an additional R5 per month, from every client that one of your clients refers to Help365. So you could end up earning much more on top of your R20 ongoing income from each of people you have referred directly to Help365.
  • Example 2: By sharing your unique website to your facebook and other contacts
    As discussed above, if you are smart as social media, even if you have a hundred friends on facebook, Help 365 will provide you with your very own Help365 website and you can send your unique link, and the great Help365 opportunity to all your contacts. If you promote your unique website to, let’s say 200 people, in month one, we could sign up say 50% of those enquiries- in which case you could earn: 100 clients X R20 = R2000 in month one, and for every month for as long as those people stay paying clients of Help365 So at that rate you could be earning R12000 after six months And for you, the Help365 kicker is even more important: you earn an additional R5 per month, from every client that one of your clients refers to Help365. Help365 is here to help you and your immediate family in any emergency. So, how does this work and what specific services are include in your Help365 subscription?

1. Panic Button

When you subscribe to Help365, you and up to 4 immediate family members receive a panic facility on your cellphones that gives you immediate access to the Help365 emergency call centre, 24/7. When you press your panic facility, which costs you around 20c (depending on which network you use), the Help365 emergency call centre will call you back in under 90 seconds, asking you about your emergency and offering to help in any way they can. Help365 employs trained case managers who manage emergency cases around the clock.

2. Emergency Medical Services

In the event that the member requires emergency medical treatment, RegAlert’s call centre will immediately dispatch an appropriate road or air ambulance which is staffed by appropriately qualified emergency medical care practitioners. Once at the scene of the incident, lifesaving support will be provided to the person and where relevant, the person will be stabilised before transfer is provided to the closest appropriate medical facility.

3. Roadside Assistance

Members have access to the following services in the event of a roadside emergency (limited up to R500 per incident):

  • Flat battery – jump start (replacement of battery for your own account)
  • Flat tyre (help with change of tyre)
  • Keys locked in vehicle (unlocking only)
  • Fuel assistance (limited to five litres per incident)
  • Minor roadside–running repairs (electrical, coil, immobilizer etc.)
  • Transmission of urgent messages

Tow-in service to the nearest approved dealership (if under warranty), repair centre or panel beater in the event of:

  • Mechanical breakdown – covered up to R500
  • Electrical breakdown – covered up to R500
  • Accident damage – cost covered to the nearest approved panel beater up to a limit of R1850
4. Legal Assistance

The Help365 Legal Assistance service includes access to our 24 hour legal advice line, a 30-Minute Free Consultation 30-Minute Free Consultation and FREE access to all the standard legal documents you may require such as a purchase, sale, lease, or prenuptial agreement or an employment contract.

This service involves a free initial 30-minute consultation should any matter require legal action. The member will then be referred to a lawyer who forms part of our national network for a direct free 30-minute consultation. You always need access to a lawyer!

5. Trip Monitor

The member notifies the call centre before a significant trip is undertaken. The call centre calls the member regularly to ensure they are safe and on course. The call centre will not only respond to any panic from the member but will initiate a recovery in the event that the member cannot be contacted or does not reach their destination.

6. General Assistance

What is also unique about Help365 is that, in addition to all the above services, which are automatically provided as part of the Help365 subscription, our experienced case managers frequently help our members in a number of additional ways:

  • We can call the South African Police Services on your behalf
  • We can access your home guarding service
  • Many people don’t know that they have emergency benefits associated with one or more of their loyalty programs, such as a store card. We will access those benefit on your behalf.
